Terms and Conditions

These sales terms and conditions apply for all sales of goods and services from www.exentri.com to consumers. The sales terms and conditions, together with your order and order confirmation, comprise the entire agreement for the purchase.

 

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you have placed an order. Read this carefully and check that the order confirmation agrees with your order. If you do not receive this email please contact post@exentri.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. You will receive an additional e-mail as soon as your items are shipped.

 

Prices and method of payment:

We accept VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.

 

Norway:

All prices are in NOK and credit cards will be debited in that currency.

All prices include value added tax, MVA (25%). The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before ordering and includes all costs associated with the purchase.

The goods will be shipped by Posten Norge.

 

Outside of Norway:

All prices are in Euro and credit cards will be debited that currency. All prices are inclusive VAT in EU countries.

Packages sent outside of Norway and EU may be subject to the customs fees, taxes and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipients responsibility.

The goods will be shipped by the Postal Service.

 

Information provided by our web site

We reserve our rights against errors which may arise and which may result in our inability to deliver in accordance with the information given at www.exentri.com, in our marketing or in any other way.

 

 Warranty claim

If the products have defects  you may according to the circumstances require a re-delivery or a refund. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. You may report to us using the contact form on our web site or by sending an e-mail to post@exentri.com. The claim deadline is two weeks from the time you took possession of the goods.

 

Guarantee

Our guarantee is in accordance with the consumer purchasing law. It is important for us that every Exentri wallet owner is satisfied with the product. If you have any questions regarding the product, please contact us using the contact form on our web site.

 

Right of return

You may return any products you have ordered from www.exentri.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery. All goods returned for refund or exchange must be unused with original packaging intact. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. Exentri cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. Please note that we do not refund the cost of return delivery.
 Repayment will be made within fourteen days after Exentri receives and inspects the returned product from you.

 

Personal information

We only use personal information as provided to us by you which is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you. Information will not be given to a third party or used for other purposes.

 

Law

Consumer purchases are governed by Norwegian law.
